The 13.3-in IdeaPad offers both Intel Corei5 and Corei7 processors and matches that up with similar high-end specs such as 4GB of RAM and SSD storage up to 256GB. Lenovo has taken a leaf out of Apple's book and given the U300S a uni-body aluminum body (like the one the MacBook Air sports) but has managed to make it thinner than even the already miniscule Apple laptop at 0.6-inches with a weight of 1.3kgs.
Other notable features include an improved battery-life, something that Lenovo claims will last up to 8 hours and a "breathable" keyboard that allows airflow through it.
Lenovo has revealed the U.S. price of the IdeaPad U300S Ultrabook as $1200 (Rs. 55,500 approx.). Expect it to hit the Indian market by November.
